Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to support our international hiring efforts. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across global markets, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Key Responsibilities • Assist in end-to-end recruitment for international roles. • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers across different time zones • Maintain and update candidate databases and ATS systems • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates • Post job openings on various international job boards • Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process • Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field • 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR • Basic understanding of international hiring processes and markets • Familiarity with sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, Indeed search) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Good organizational and time management skills • Willingness to work in different time zones (if required) Preferred Skills • Experience working on international client requirements • Knowledge of ATS tools. • Exposure to IT / Non-IT recruitment • Key Competencies • Attention to detail • Proactiveness and willingness to learn • Strong coordination skills • Adaptability and cultural awareness What We Offer • Opportunity to work on global hiring projects • Learning and growth in international recruitment • Collaborative and dynamic work environment
